At Aurelle Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
